So I still haven’t dragged my butt over to sit in or even drive a new Accord, as I’m scared I’ll drive home in one. Meanwhile I’ve been on cargurus and saw this...
And this...
And realized these things are like 40k+ new with the AWD’s being over 43k .. ..and the ones posted both have under 8k miles and are in the mid/low 30’s; side note I don’t need the AWD as I live in NJ, not Alaska. Maybe I’ll get another Acura this time around as I absolutely LOVE the way these look with the A-Spec pack. Yes, I know it’s purely asthetic, but mmmmmm my shorts are getting a little tight just looking at them. If I found one in white nearby with a red interior, assuming that’s even an option, I’d have to be held back from buying it.

M anual or automatic? Either way you could go with the Accord, both transmissions are fantastic. They’re really nice and I can’t wait to be able to drive one. If you really think you’d end up buying one and you’re seriously looking at buying a car and most importantly if you can afford it, then why not? I'd go Sport trim with the 2.0T and whatever transmission you prefer.

I understand you love the looks but t rust me, no point in getting a TLX over the 2.0T accord ( plus you ca n get a manual if u want) without the sh-awd. It genuinely transforms the car.
The Stinger is another viable alternative but you may have your reasons against it. Same thing for the new Regal GS and it does look kinda boring.

I’ll agree with Tchalla, you DO NOT want a FWD V6 TLX. There’s a night and day difference between how the AWD and FWD ones drive.

Said the same thing when I saw neither of these were AWD. It really is night and day.

What's the bias like on those, anyway? Any idea offhand?

SHAWD really makes a difference. Don't do it.

If I recall correctly 90% front 10% rear normal and highway driving
Torque vectoring during turns and when wheel slippage is detected - up to 70% to the rear and 100% of that 70% torque can be shifter to right or le ft rear wheel.

If only they'd flip those numbers. Sigh.

Might be 70/30 normally.

Either 90/10 or 70/30. I’ve read both.

Gotta go for a RWD based system then.
I
like
the
system
in
my
G
lot
becuase
is
basically
RWD ,
which
I
like
till
wheel
s
lippage
is
detected
then
up
to
50%
to
the
front.
It
is
not
a
very
advanced
system
like
quattro
or
shawd
but
its
fine.

I’m with you on that. FX45 here.
Adding throttle to counteract understeer on loose surfaces is counterintuitive, but oh so fun.. . And AWD drifting of sorts on wet surfaces, well, need I say more?
